This morning after Daily Practice the students conducted research about resumes (rez-oom-ays). They learned about what makes a good resume and what makes a bad resume, as well as all the things that a good resume should have. During Art today, Joel carried on his unit about Anime Art. The students learned how to draw clothing for their anime characters and add more features and details. They were very focused on their work and learned a great deal from Joel! Homework: Math 6: Finish your 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3 workbook sheets for Tuesday. I strongly recommend you do the prime number sheet as well to have as a resource. Math 7 Middleton: Finish 1.2 if not already done Math 7 Van: pg. 14 #3, 5, 8, 9, 10 Social Studies: Ensure you have one life event for each year of your life, by Tuesday Reminders: Tomorrow is the Amazing Race! Starts: 5:30 Ends: 10:30 Bring a water bottle if you'd like, and wear comfy clothes (typical school clothes are fine) Dinner will be provided, as well as snacks and a juice box Ensure your parents are there to pick you up promptly at 10:30, as the janitors need to arm the alarms by 11:00 sharp!
