Today, Div 2 practiced mindfulness during our walk. We focused on being aware of how our body feels when we are outside, while being mindful of the fact that learning is experiential. Then we each picked a leaf that caught our attention and examined it. We shared what we noticed about our leaf. Lastly, we wrote down how we were feeling before and after our walk.
We also practiced setting goals for our pushups and planks in gym. Many students really pushed themselves! Reminders: Amazing race Friday 5:30-9:00 Story draft due Oct 24 P.A.R.: 1.
