Math: Finish your Cartesian Christmas worksheet. We will work on it tomorrow as well. We are collecting non-perishable food items and cash donations for a family in our sister school, Lena Shaw Elementary. We are also collecting non-perishable food items for the Cloverdale Christmas Hampers. We will be setting a class goal this week for how much food and money we would like to reasonably raise. All donations need to be in by December 9th so that we can put together the items for the family by Christmas. Class Goal: $2 and two items each. The items can be anything that the family needs, such as basic toiletries like toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, deoderant, or possibly some clothes Here is the list for our Family: "Child # 1 (boy) is 12 years old and his favourite colour is green. He wards a size 12 for shirts and pants and a size 7 men's shoe. He likes playing with Lego and his PS3. he also enjoys spending time on the computer. Child #2 (girl) is 11 years old and her favourite colour is turquoise. Her clothing size is 12 for shirts and pants and a 7.5 ladies shoe size. She loves shopping at Ardenes and Forever 21. She loves jewellery, especially necklaces. She also loves scarves and toques. Child #3 (boy) is 9 years old and loves the colour blue. He wears a size 10 for shirts and bottoms and a size 5 for shoes. He loves Lego and needs a toque and mittens. Dad's favourite colour is blue. He shops at Walmart and wears a size large for tops and a 38 x 30 for pants. He wears a size 9.5-10 shoe. He likes to wear polo shirts and khakis. Mom's favourite colour is purple. She wears an XL/16 for tops and bottoms and a size 8.5-9 for shoes. She likes to shop at Reitmans. She could use a sweater. She shops at Save On Foods and Guildford mall." Return your swimming field trip forms and $2.75 P.A.R.: Today is parent teacher interviews. If your parents were going to be coming for an interview, what would you hope I would tell them about you? YOU STILL NEED TO ANSWER EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT ACTUALLY COMING FOR AN INTERVIEW.
